Founder Darren Schwartz began his career as a sales and customer service trainer in the financial industry. He built strong teams through extensive practice and role-playing. But, he found it inefficient and exhausting to role-play with 10, 20 even 50 people in one day. At the end of the day, he did not have an answer to the question “So, how can I practice after you leave?” SureSpeak has solved that problem, and we’re sure you’ll like the results!
