Dan O’Brien and What’s Possible

The other day I had an intense conversation RE: technology and what’s possible with video online with a guy named Dan O’Brien. Dan is the CEO of an interactive marketing agency called Brand Clariti. What’s exciting to me is that Dan has figured out how to harness video tech on the Internet for his clients in results-oriented ways.

In addition to innovative text and video search strategies Dan is at the forefront of 3D interactive environments for ecommerce. Turns out Dan is the brains behind the Accenture Interactive wall at O’Hare Airport which from the moment it debuted in 2007 in the American terminal was a wonder to me. There is a certain wow factor when you see the big touch screen with interactive video as you’re walking through the terminal. For me it was like the feeling I had when a new toy came out that blew my mind. (Wait. That still happens — think Wii)

I think that surespeak has this quality this kind of wow when you use it for the first time and realize what’s possible on the Internet. Around here we say that the trend it is our friend. what Dan is doing is confirmation that what we are doing at surespeak is part of bigger trend. Not that this hasn’t been done before, but we are reaching a critical mass of capability and demand. Just look at the front page of Dan’s website. Among other things Dan is a great communicator. Where did he learn his skills? We believe surespeak will help thousands of people who find their mojo because we make it easy to practice and master skills online.
