A recent study released by DBM, a global coaching, outplacement and career management firm, found that 78% of top business and human resource professionals view coaching as a credible and effective way to enhance an individual's effectiveness in driving the performance of an organization. The report also showed The top three opportunities for coaching engagements that can have the greatest impact include:

1) developing "high potential" candidates for succession planning (29%)
2) helping a capable executive achieve a higher level of performance (28%)
3) addressing derailing behaviors (22%)

Just an FYI, you're now able to upload videos you've recorded on your video camera to SureSpeak. To upload a video, click the "Record" tab, and you will now find two sub-tabs. One allows you to record with your webcam, the other allows you to upload. Give it a try!

We're really excited about this feature. Really excited. What is it? It's a feature that allows you to create your own course on SureSpeak. It's called iProduce, and will be very useful to coaches and trainers. Here are a few screenshots:
