Coaches and trainers are special people. It takes a certain quality to focus your career on the development of others. But coaches and trainers do just that. The rush that we experience from teaching and educating others cannot be easily described or duplicated! Many coaches and trainers often become mentors to their students, who then go on to experience great successes in their fields. This is the ultimate success for a coach/trainer.

The biggest drawback of a great coach/trainer is that they are physically limited; they can only be in one place at a time. And when organizations try to maximize the coach/trainer value by increasing class size, the message gets watered-down and the impact of the coach/trainer is diminished.

This is where SureSpeak can have a dramatic impact. SureSpeak operates within an autonomous practice/feedback loop. This means that a student who needs or wants practice does not have to wait for a coach to be available to build his or her skills. Likewise, a coach/trainer is able to critique and give feedback when his schedule allows for it. This is one of the fundamental advantages of SureSpeak. Below is an example of the efficiency that SureSpeak brings to the table:

In the above example the student would log into the SureSpeak system and select a lesson (Responding to an Angry Customer for example). Within that lesson he would read text and watch Modeling Videos. As noted above, that would take approximately 10 minutes. Then he would proceed to the iPractice page. Here he would view a video of an angry customer. He would then record (with an attached webcam) his video response. He would model this response from the video example he previously watched. The average iPractice is about 2 minutes; the short length is designed to increase repetition for the student and improve efficiency for the coach. He would then review his iPractice. If not satisfied he would re-record. We have found that the average number of recordings prior to saving is 5. This amounts to 20 minutes worth of practice; 10 minutes recording and 10 minutes reviewing. Student self-review is critical to learning and self-awareness, especially in regard to Body Language and Tone. Once satisfied the student will save his iPractice to the Coaching Box. The Coach is notified by email that he has an iPractice that needs to be critiqued.

The Coach logs in and reviews the iPractice He uses a customized critique template to score the iPractice and to add coaching comments. On average, a 2-minute iPractice will take 4 minutes to critique. The student will receive an email alerting him to return to the Coaching Box to review his critique. He will then watch his iPractice again (for the 6th time).

As noted above the ratio of Practice to Coaching is 8:1. This truly maximizes the reach of each Coach/Trainer. By using SureSpeak, Coaches/Trainers will be able to leverage their expertise over a greater number of people and will not be limited by geographic boundaries.

At SureSpeak we have recognized that our iROLE software allows for rewarding practice and coaching of critical communication scenarios. As a Coach/Trainer you are a vital piece in that process.

In addition our staff Coaches, SureSpeak is building a Coaching Network. This is a network made up of SureSpeak Certified Coaches who are available as adjunct coaches for clients who do not have appropriate staff and resources available. As an S2C2 (SureSpeak Certified Coach) you will be able to expand your book of business by engaging with a client that SureSpeak brings to you. Additionally, you will also qualify to become a Certified Partner and will earn revenue from any clients you bring to SureSpeak.

You will learn about the critical elements of Body Language and Tone and the correct way to coach and critique these important characteristics.
